We produce CNC parts based on customer artwork. If you need any parts manufactured, please send us 2D and 3D files. Be sure to include dimensions, tolerances, material, surface finish, and heat treatment details on your 2D drawings so we can accurately calculate the cost for you.

A: For prototype making, 1 piece is the basic quantity.
Q: What kind of 3D files would you need?
A: We require completed 3D files in STP, IGS, or X_T format to provide fast and accurate quotations. You likely already have the file on hand.
Q: How do I know my 3D files are protected?
A: Our company has installed an advanced data security system to protect all client data. We can also sign an NDA to safeguard your information.
Q: What is the flow of your company after I place an order?
A: First, the 3D files are sent to programming engineers to create the CNC tool path. Second, our engineers prepare a list of required materials and send it to the CNC machining center. Third, once the prototype is finished, it is sent to the post-processing center to remove burrs. Finally, if you need additional treatments like painting, silk printing, anodizing, sand blasting, plating, draw bench, or laser etching, we can handle those as well.
