Seamless Carbon Boiler Tubes conforming to ASTM A 210 specification are widely used in boiler and superheater applications. These medium carbon steel tubes are manufactured using a seamless process, and they can be either hot-rolled or cold-drawn, depending on the desired properties and application requirements.
The product range includes safe end tubes, minimum wall thickness arch tubes, support tubes, and various tube sizes. Customization is available to meet specific client needs. All tubes undergo rigorous testing, including tensile testing, flattening test, expansion test, hardness test, hydraulic test, and non-destructive electrical testing. The delivery condition may include annealed, normalized, or normalized and tempered states, ensuring optimal performance and durability.
Surface treatments such as oil immersion, varnish coating, passivation, phosphating, and shot blasting are offered to enhance corrosion resistance and improve surface quality for different environments and applications.
