Here's a message from Eric Haak:

These photos were taken during a working fire that occurred at 54th and Ashland on Sunday morning, just before sunrise on November 11th. It looked like someone had set a business window on fire, as well as a vehicle in the alley. The flames didn’t spread too far inside the building, and the fire was quickly brought under control. The responding units included Battalion 6, Engine 116, Tower Ladder 39, Engine 123, Truck 33, Battalion 15 RIT with Truck 18. Firefighters worked swiftly to contain the situation and prevent any further damage.

These images give a glimpse into the quick response and dedication of the firefighters who arrived on the scene. While the fire was small and contained, it’s a reminder of how important it is for emergency services to be ready at all times. If you have any information about what caused the fire, please consider reaching out to local authorities. Thanks again to Eric for sharing these great shots.
