This message comes from Josh Boyajian: > "We were heading home from Skokie when we stopped by the fire at 2833 N. Spaulding in Chicago. Engine 106 was dealing with heavy smoke coming from the first floor. The fire department had a lot of activity on the scene. Truck 13 made it to the roof and did significant work up there. Engine 106 had two lines stretched out, and the firefighters were working hard to contain the blaze. I've attached some photos from the scene, along with a shot of the new Paramedic Field Chief 4-5-2 unit." These photos give a real sense of the intensity and professionalism involved.
