Centrifuges that we often refer to are machines that use the principle of centrifugal force to separate the various components of liquids and solid particles or liquids and liquids. Industrial centrifuges can be divided into filter centrifuges, sedimentation centrifuges and separators according to the structure and separation requirements. The classification of centrifuges according to different forms is as follows:

First, according to the separation factor Fr value:
1. Normal-speed centrifuge: Fr ≤ 3500 (generally 600 ~ 1200), this type of centrifuge has a lower speed and larger diameter;
2, high-speed centrifuge: Fr = 3500 ~ 50000, this centrifuge's high speed, the general diameter of the drum is smaller, and the length is longer;
3, ultra-high speed centrifuge: Fr> 50000, due to high speed (50000r/min above), so the drum made of slender tube.
The separation factor Fr refers to the ratio of the centrifugal force that the material receives in the centrifugal force field to the gravity that the material receives in the gravitational field.

Second, according to the mode of operation:
1. Gap type centrifuges: The processes of feeding, separating, washing and slagging are all gap operations, and manual, gravity, or mechanical methods are used to remove slag, such as three-legged and top-suspended centrifuges;
2. Continuous centrifuge: The process of feeding, separating, washing and slagging are performed automatically with gaps and continuously and automatically.

Third, according to the slag loading method:
1. Scraper discharge centrifuge: Indirect process, automatic operation;
2, piston pusher centrifuge: semi-continuous process, operation automatically;
3, spiral discharge centrifuge: continuous process, operation automatically;
4. Centrifugal discharge centrifuge: continuous process, automatic operation;
5, vibration discharge centrifuge: continuous process, operation automatically;
6. Vibrating unloading centrifuge: continuous operation and automatic operation.

Fourth, according to process uses: filter centrifuges, decanter centrifuges.

Fifth, according to the installation of points: vertical, horizontal, inclined, hanging on the top and three-foot and so on.

Sixth, according to national standards and market share:
1, three-foot centrifuge;
2, horizontal spiral centrifuge;
3, disc separator;
4. Tubular separator.

Spherical Bearings are radial Plain Bearings consisting of an outer ring and an inner ring made of bearing steel and with spherical sliding contact surface. These bearings are suitable for arrangements with heavy radial load at low misalignment and oscilation. Furthermore the bearings can carry specific axial load in both directions.

Design specifications
Main dimensions
Main dimensions of spherical bearings are in accordance with the international standards ISO 6124/1.
Designation
Designation of standard spherical bearings is specified in the dimension tables and consists of type designation and dimension. Non-standard designation (radial clearance, sealing, dimension differences) are designated according to the standard STN 02 04608.
