This classification includes two color infrared pyrometers which consist of lens, fiber optics and processing components. Fiber optic can bear high temperature up to 250℃ and do not need additional cooling. It has strong casing, use stainless steel lens(with air purge functions), die cast aluminum housing, protection grade is IP54. SMART-F series two-color pyrometer determines the temperature of an object by measuring the ratio of energy at two different wavelengths. The advanced software and hardware design help pyrometers meet the application in harsh environment as moisture, dust, target size change, partial blockage and emissivity change, even if the detection signal attenuates 95%, the temperature measurement results will not be effected. SMART-F series two-color infrared pyrometer can meet the requirements of two color measuring in various industrial occasions. For example, medium-high temperature below 2000℃, such as: hot rolled plate, casting, cement kiln, heat treatment, induction heating, monocrystalline silicon and polycrystalline silicon, etc. It can also be used in ultra-high temperature below 3000℃ measuring with high stability, such as vacuum furnace, graphite furnace, high-temperature furnace etc. SMART-F series is not only suitable for general industrial occasions of temperature measurement, but also suitable for installation in occasions with strong electromagnetic interference and high environmental temperature. Sunwell Seals offers four main types of spiral wound gaskets:
1. **SW600-R (Basic Type)**
This is the standard construction type, featuring reinforced inner and outer diameters without filler. It provides better stability and compression characteristics. Ideal for use with tongue and groove, male and female, or grooved-to-flat face flanges.
2. **SW600-IR (Inner Ring Type)**
Features a solid inner metal ring that acts as a compression stopper. It prevents the accumulation of solids, reduces turbulent flow, and minimizes erosion and damage to the gasket between the flange bore and inner diameter. Suitable for male and female pipe flanges.
3. **SW600-CG (Outer Ring Type)**
A solid outer ring ensures accurate positioning on the flange face, providing additional radial strength to prevent blowout and acting as a compression limiter. The outer ring also makes installation easier by touching the bolts. Recommended for flat and raised face flanges, especially for classes 900 and above.
4. **SW600-CGI (Inner and Outer Rings Type)**
Combines both inner and outer rings to provide dual compression limiting stops, preventing corrosion on the flange face. This type is ideal for high-pressure and high-temperature applications, particularly for class 900 and above or when dealing with corrosive or toxic media.
