Seamless Carbon Boiler Tubes conforming to ASTM A 210 specifications are widely used in boiler and superheater applications. These medium carbon steel tubes are manufactured using a seamless process, ensuring high strength and durability. The product range includes safe end tubes, minimum wall thickness arch tubes, support tubes, and various tube sizes, offering flexibility for different industrial needs.
The manufacturing process can be either hot or cold worked, depending on the required properties. Customization is available based on specific client requirements. Each product undergoes rigorous testing, including tensile tests, flattening tests, expansion tests, hardness tests, hydraulic tests, and non-destructive electrical tests, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Available in annealed, normalized, or normalized and tempered conditions, these tubes are suitable for high, medium, and low-pressure boilers, as well as other pressure vessel applications. Surface treatments such as oil immersion, varnish coating, passivation, phosphating, and shot blasting enhance corrosion resistance and surface finish.
