1) Design and Production
Our quick connect fittings are designed with innovation, security, and speed in mind. Made from synthetic materials, they are ideal for most fluid-carrying lines, including fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, and air systems. These connectors are specifically suited for automotive applications. The design and production of these quick connectors strictly follow the SAE J2044-2009 standard, which specifies requirements for liquid fuel and vapor or emission systems. If the product does not meet your needs, we can customize it according to your specifications. The plug-in and self-locking structure allows for faster and easier connection and disconnection. The required space for operation is only the width of a finger on both sides, making it possible to achieve high-density arrangements and increasing your design flexibility.

2) Security of Quick Connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure. Modified rubber O-rings are used, mainly for fluids that require resistance to aging, corrosion, and swelling. The outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring. This ensures that there is no bonding between the two sealing rings, and the outer synthetic rubber O-rings enhance mechanical properties and prevent aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened within the shell using an elastic clamping device, ensuring that the rings do not fall off or shift. This guarantees excellent sealing performance.

These connectors are suitable for gasoline and diesel fuel delivery systems, ethanol, methanol, or natural gas delivery systems, as well as their vapor venting or evaporative emission control systems.

The quick connector consists of a body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring’s elasticity allows the clip fastener to connect two connectors together. Pull back to ensure a secure connection. To repair or remove the quick connector, push the male connector forward and press the clip button to unlock, allowing you to easily pull out the connector. Note: Use SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication before reseating.
