Zoomlion Revenue Drives Top 100 Machinery Enterprises

China Machinery Industry Federation and China Association of Automobile Manufacturers recently released the list of 2011 (ninth) top 100 machinery industries and top 30 automotive industry. Zoomlion ranks fifth in the top 100 in the machinery industry with its main business income exceeding 84.8 billion yuan. Its main business revenue has increased by 66.75% year-on-year, ranking first in growth rate.

In 2011, the growth rate of China’s machinery industry’s major economic indicators declined significantly. However, the performance of the top 100 mechanical companies can be seen, and advantageous companies have maintained a good momentum of development both in terms of total volume and growth rate. Among the top 100 companies, there were 87 companies whose main business revenues showed different growth rates, of which 59 companies had double-digit growth.

In 2011, the profit of the Top 100 Mechanical Enterprises increased by 8.83% year-on-year, a larger increase than that in 2010. Zoomlion ranked second in terms of total profit in 2011 among the top 100 mechanical companies, which was a year-on-year increase of 77.29%.
