During the running-in period of the diesel engine, the load is preferably 50-80%, and the rotation speed should not be greater than 80% of the rated rotation speed. Whenever cylinder liners, pistons, piston rings, connecting rod bushings and crankshafts are replaced, short-term running-in should also be carried out according to the above-mentioned wear conditions.
3. Matching diesel engine and work machine power When selecting the diesel engine, the user should not only consider the calibrated power used by the work machine, but also must consider the load factor of the work machine, such as intermittent use, continuous use and its load. the size of. If you want to consider the operating economy of the machine, you should also consider the reasonable matching of the load operating characteristics and diesel engine characteristics. As the altitude rises, the power declines, and the exhaust temperature rises. Therefore, when selecting a diesel engine, the user should also consider the diesel engine's plateau operation capability and strictly avoid overload operation.
For diesel engines used in the plateau area, exhaust gas turbocharging can be used as power compensation for the plateau. Exhaust gas turbocharging not only compensates for the lack of plateau power, but also improves smoke, restores power performance, and reduces fuel consumption.
