**Autodesk Expands Multi-User Trade-In Benefits for Named User Transition**

As the world continues to adapt to the ongoing challenges posed by the pandemic, many of our valued customers are now better equipped to embrace the shift toward named user licensing. Following up on the extended timeline we announced back in November, we're making further adjustments to ensure our customers can smoothly transition while retaining flexibility.
Starting February 25, 2021, we’ll be offering an expanded opportunity for customers to take advantage of the multi-user trade-in program at their first renewal and every subsequent renewal between August 7, 2020, and February 7, 2024. This extension aims to provide businesses with additional time to adjust to these changes, particularly given the continued uncertainty surrounding the pandemic.

The decision to extend the multi-user subscription renewal period to February 7, 2023, reflects our commitment to supporting customers who may still be navigating the complexities of transitioning to named user licensing. While a significant number of eligible customers have already embraced the advantages of cloud-based licenses—offering enhanced remote work capabilities, optimized cost management, and improved team collaboration—we recognize that not everyone is at the same point in this journey.
In light of this, we’re also accelerating the development of innovative solutions tailored to occasional users. Many of our clients have expressed the need for flexible licensing models to accommodate employees who only require access to Autodesk products a few times a month. Building on the success of pilot programs launched last year, we introduced **Autodesk Flex**, a pay-as-you-go option designed specifically for these occasional users. This initiative underscores our dedication to providing customizable solutions that match customer needs.
