**Autodesk Expands Multi-User Trade-In Offer for Enhanced Flexibility**

As we continue to navigate the evolving landscape of the pandemic, many of our customers are now better equipped to embrace the shift toward named user licensing. Following up on the extended timeline we announced back in November, we're introducing further adjustments to give customers even more flexibility during this transition.
Starting February 25, 2021, we’re providing an opportunity for customers to take advantage of the multi-user trade-in offer not just once, but at every renewal between August 7, 2020, and February 7, 2024. This extension aims to support businesses that are finding the transition particularly challenging amid ongoing uncertainties.

### **Transitioning to Named User Licensing with Greater Flexibility**
Over the past year, we’ve seen how cloud-based licenses have become increasingly essential for remote work environments. Many of our customers have already embraced this shift, which has allowed them to optimize costs and enhance collaboration. However, we recognize that some organizations still need more time to adapt. That’s why we’re pushing back the full retirement date for multi-user subscriptions to February 7, 2023, giving additional breathing room for those who need it.
At the same time, we’re expanding the multi-user trade-in offer so that customers can take advantage of it at their initial renewal and every renewal thereafter until February 7, 2024. Our goal is to provide greater support for governments, educational institutions, and other organizations that may be facing unique challenges during these unprecedented times.

### **Introducing New Solutions for Occasional Users**
In addition to these updates, we’re accelerating the development of more flexible purchasing options tailored to specific customer needs. For instance, we’ve heard feedback from clients with users who only require access to our software a few days each month. To address this, we’ve launched *Autodesk Flex*, a cloud-based, pay-as-you-go model designed specifically for occasional users.
