This advanced system utilizes a thyristor pulse control circuit, offering a simple yet highly reliable design with a wide speed adjustment range, smooth start-up, stable operation, and energy efficiency. Additionally, it is equipped with explosion-proof features and can operate effectively under harsh conditions, including temperatures ranging from -20°C to 40°C and ambient pressures between 80kPa and 110kPa, making it highly adaptable and versatile.
According to reports, this device employs thyristor technology to ensure smoother acceleration, more uniform speed, and greater overload capacity compared to traditional resistance-based systems. It achieves a remarkable 25% reduction in energy consumption. For example, a single 8-ton DC line motor vehicle can save approximately 10,000 yuan annually. Moreover, the system demonstrates an extremely low failure rate during operation, significantly enhancing the safety and reliability of the locomotives.
