Second, holding a general assembly. According to the requirements of the China Association of Associations, the meeting decided to hold a general meeting in April 2006. The general meeting will attract new members to join the meeting and adjust the standing directors.
Third, the meeting discussed the constitution of the club, decided to amend the constitution of the club, submitted to the general assembly for adoption, in order to adapt to the development of the new situation.
Fourth, pay membership fees. The dues are needed to maintain the normal operation of the association. V. Establishment of the Secretariat. According to the requirements of the China Association of Associations and the needs of the development of the club, the office of the secretariat of the association is set up in Beijing. The meeting passed the appointment of the deputy general manager Chai Ben-yin of Shandong Tianli Drying Equipment Co., Ltd. as the secretary-general, and Yang Huaiyu as the deputy secretary-general. The meeting decided that the member units should pay the dues before the end of 2005 as the start-up fund for the secretariat of the association.
