16 electric vehicles successfully released
In 2002, Wanxiang completed the development of prototypes for 11 electric cars and 5 electric buses.
In 2004, the major WX pure electric vehicle powertrain project of Wanxiang Electric Vehicles was inspected by the Ministry of Science and Technology. Two of the buses became the 9th Bus Tour of Hangzhou West Lake Loop to conduct pilot operations.
