This PET flakes pelletizing line is designed for processing clean PET flakes into high-quality granules. It integrates a SHJ series parallel twin screw extruder, die, hydraulic screen exchanger, cooling flume, air dryer, cutter, and silo. This system can also be used for other materials such as PET, PP, PE, PA, and ABS. The SHJ series extruders are specifically engineered for handling PET bottles, flakes, PVC, plastic sheets, and other crushed materials. They offer excellent performance, high output, low energy consumption per kilogram, and user-friendly operation.

Stage 1: Single screw extruder
Stage 2: SJ low-speed single screw extruder. Both units are vertically arranged.
