4. Working Principle of Vibrating Screen

The machine uses a vertical motor equipped with eccentric hammers on the top and bottom, acting as a vibratory source. The eccentric hammers convert the rotational motion into horizontal, vertical, and inclined movements, which are then transferred to the sieving surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the top and bottom eccentric weights can change the trajectory of the material on the sieve.
