4. Working Principle of Vibrating Screen

The machine is powered by a vertical motor equipped with eccentric hammers at the top and bottom, acting as the vibration source. The eccentric hammers convert the rotational motion into horizontal, vertical, and inclined movements, which are then transferred to the screening surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the top and bottom weights changes the trajectory of the material on the screen.
