2. How can I get some samples?
If you need, we are happy to provide free samples, but new clients are expected to cover the courier costs, which will be deducted from the payment for the formal order.
3. Can you make casting according to our drawing?
Yes, we can produce castings based on your drawings, 2D or 3D CAD models. If a 3D CAD model is available, tooling development will be more efficient. Without 3D, we can still create approved samples based on 2D drawings.
4. Can you make casting based on our samples?
Yes, we can measure your samples to create drawings for tooling production.
5. What's your quality control device in house?
We have an in-house spectrometer to monitor chemical properties, a tensile testing machine to control mechanical properties, and UT Sonic for non-destructive testing to detect internal defects in castings.
