Mechanical part:

Electrical part:
(1)The vacuum lifter is equipped with a buzzer and warning light units and vacuum pressure switch , in case of a power failure or vacuum leakage or fails to reach the set pressure, warning unit can control the red warning lights on, At the same time a buzzer sounded, Prompt operator treatment in time.
(2)In order to save electricity and prolong the service life of vacuum pump, "Intermittent start" function in the control part of the equipment, that is, when the pressure to the highest pressure of vacuum pump, Control system make for vacuum pump stop running, when approach the alarm pressure, the vacuum pump automatic start again. The function of environmental protection can reduce power consumption 60%-80%, At the same time prolonging life of more than 2 times above.
Vacuum part:

(2)The whole vacuum lifter is equipped with 10Â pcs suction pads. Multipoint suction can ensure the glass sheet high level not run-off the straight when handling the glass sheet.
(3)Suction pad material is NBR, Dia. 300mm,oil (benzene)resistance,durable, acid and alkali resistant, Be able to effectively and plate suction, create vacuum.
         Single pad max. suction force in theory on horizontal= Effective surface(Theory of area*factor) * calculated pressure(0.6bar).
         =(0.15*0.15*3.14)*0.6*10000=423.9N, Approx 424Kgf.
According to the 4.0 safety factor,Actually allow the suction pad 424/4=106kgf, number of 10 total suction force 1000kgf.
Note: The holding force mentioned above is calculate on 60% vacuum pressure, maximum vacuum degree of the system will be up to 85% above in a normal working condition.
